Select a pre-programmed dynamic mode to run each day, or customize a more natural 24-hour rhythmic light cycle.  With the integrated 24-hour timer function, you can program what time to start a gradual sunrise, gentle sunset and both the color spectrum and intensity of your sunrise/sunset, daylight, and moonlight.
